Anthem of the Soul is the creative project of Ayen, a songwriter based in Kinarut, Sabah, Malaysia. Blending the raw storytelling of Heartland Rock with the high-gloss production of 80s and 90s Arena Rock, the project creates music for the open road and the inner journey.
Influenced by the soaring melodies of Bon Jovi and the timeless power of classic rock ballads, the debut single, "Midnight on the Highway," marks the beginning of a new era. With gritty tenor vocals and cinematic orchestration, Anthem of the Soul bridges the gap between North Borneo’s independent music scene and global rock traditions.
